Pam Rader
Pam is the owner of Shift Power Yoga, the creator of the Shift Power Yoga Institute (our yoga teacher training school) and the founder and CEO of Shift Labs Inc. She is an author, a speaker and a passionate coach and facilitator who has been leading transformation in many forms for over two decades.
Pam has always been fearless in her pursuit of expanding the ways in which she impacts people. Helping individuals and organizations discover the power they have to totally transform their lives, experiences and businesses at any moment is her greatest joy. She continues to expand her work with the vision of positively and powerfully impacting as many lives as possible.
Through her years of study with some of the worlds greatest leaders in personal development, yoga and coaching (Baron Baptiste, Tony Robbins, The Proctor Gallagher Institute, Igolu Leadership and many more) Pam has collected an impressive skill set that allows her to seamlessly adapt between one- on -one personal coaching, group coaching, corporate programs and large speaking engagements. She has taken the best of the best from her extensive study and created a unique and highly effective approach to causing massive shifts in the areas that matter most to each individual.
Pam is the mother of 4 grown boys and lives with her husband Chris in the beautiful Okanagan.

Meet Carien Rennie, our dynamic Program Coordinator and Enrollment Advisor. Hailing from the vibrant landscapes of South Africa, Carien infuses our team with a rich tapestry of experiences. As the Account Manager for Boulevard Magazine Okanagan, she masterfully intertwines her passion for genuine connections with a celebration of those embracing life to the fullest.
Carien’s journey spans multiple continents and diverse roles, from being a sought-after Esthetician to donning the hat of a National Sales Manager for a Pharmaceutical company, shaping the esthetic medical field across Sub-Saharan Africa. What ties together her varied pursuits is a deep-seated commitment to connecting with and uplifting individuals.
A fervent believer in continuous growth, Carien embodies the philosophy that personal development is a lifelong journey. She champions self-awareness and lives by the mantra, “Be the change you want to see in others.”
Having made the Okanagan her home since 2019, Carien resides in Kelowna with her partner and three boys. Join us in welcoming Carien as she brings her passion for connection and relentless pursuit of personal development to the heart of Shift Labs.
